Once you have installed Rombo, you can access the Rombo animator from Shopify Theme Editor. The Rombo animator is quick and simple to use and can be opened and closed with the click of a button.

i) From Shopify Theme Editor, click on any button, icon, image, or header on your store to open the animator (you can find out more about opening and closing Rombo here).

The Rombo animator is comprised of three core sections; animation effects, effect settings, and animation triggers.

The Trigger section defines how your selected animation effect will trigger when your page loads. For example, if you select a header element, you could choose to trigger the animation when the page loads, or loop the animation effect.

The animation effects section of the animator contains all the types of animation effects available to use on your current Rombo plan. Each effect can be selected or changed with a click, which will preview the animation on the element you have selected.

Rombo Free and Rombo Basic come with loads of great animation effects with hundreds of variations. To get access to an expanded library of animation effects, upgrade your Rombo plan to Rombo Pro.

Once you've selected an animation effect, you will then be able to access the effect settings for that specific animation type. You can either use the default settings, or expand the settings menu with a click to customize your animation.

When you are happy with your animation, you can preview with the 'Play' button or click 'Apply' to add the animation to your store.

i) You can close Rombo at anytime from the Rombo dock. Simply click the [x] button on the right-hand side.
